Car dealerships are definitely a special case as they contract to sell those cars specifically. My Subaru mechanic was forced to change his shops name because it had the word Subaru in the title. Didn't matter that that is the only kind of car his shop worked on, they weren't an "offical" Subaru repair place so Subaru wouldn't let them use the name.
