I took over this site from one of my former co-workers in 2003 and have been running it ever since. It's been through a few revisions but hasn't had many changes over the last few years. The site needs some attention and I'm to a point where I no longer have any interest in maintaining it. There is still a small but loyal following and I believe that with the proper attention it could grow once more. I just don't have the time to do anything with it. So, it's either sell it off or stop taking new users and renewals and let the current subscriptions ride until they all expire. It's a pay site, $10/yr for the service, so there is revenue potential.
I'm asking $500 for the whole package (site, code, database, domain name, etc.). It currently runs on ColdFusion 7 with SQL Server 2000. Framework is Fusebox 4. The codebase is pretty small; database is just over 1GB in size though it could be cleaned up quite a bit and reduced if needed.
