I only play 14.99 a month for Netflix. The access on my Xbox is the cost of a gold membership for a year (49/year or something like that...I am not familiar with the access prices on other systems so YMMV ;-)) or if I use it on my PC, I use their in Browser viewer. Hulu has a standalone player that I use to watch on my PC (Free). Not a whole lot on youtube that I watch and haven't dealt with Amazon VOD yet...so other than the convenience of having it all in one app...I don't see the point in paying for a player at all.

Worked fairly well on the Wii. But I still continue to watch most of my online video from the computer so I can do other stuff while online. Netflix is nice for when I have a date over for dinner or something, but as a whole I didn't use PlayOn enough to see pay $49 for it. http://www.playon.tv/playon PlayOn is a software program that runs on your Windows PC, giving you access to a wide range of Internet content on your TV -- Hulu, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon VOD, and many others. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
