Nick, I know you probabaly need local fax service, but I've found that it's
easier to just have your client set up an efax toolkit account - if they're
willing to go that route. You basically email an address that will forward
the email as a fax. Definitely a good alternative for very small
organizations that don't necessarily check their website/email all that
often - the customer interaction happens via fax.
