Yes, but no surprise. These charges were credible, and believed from day one.
My understanding is the prosecution is going slow, to make sure they get all the indictments right. There was a death on the bridge, and assigning responsibility, and culpability, and knowing who participated in the coverup has taken time. But with the first guilty plea, the dominos will fall.
