Unfortunately no - I tried installing the software on a fresh machine,
just out of the box and finished with the initial setup.

The software I'm installing *says* it works with XP - and it's running
on a number of other XP machines in the office; might be something
with SP3 (came preinstalled, it's a roll-back OS) that doesn't like
it.

Thanks!
