I am trying to copy the music from the old laptop to the new one. Of the 5k songs, many are not copying with the message "The file (song name) could not be copied because this computer is not authorized."
I've tried researching the problem and have not found anything. Some answers recommend putting the song on a cd and reimporting, but there are too many songs for that. I've also tried to find software to convert to unprotected mp3s, but most costs. I did find AVS Audio converter, which I am downloading now.
