I'd say that's true for the clips they show, obviously, but not for
the interviews. I remember, for instance, Mike Huckabee coming off as
very likable and he had a very smooth, engaging interview with
Stewart. And for all her protests to the contrary, he went very easy
on Lynn Cheney. I haven't been watching The Daily Show as of late,
just haven't had time in front of the tv, but I think that, in
general, Stewart tends to let his guests get their say in.
