OK, rather than pork, let's define it as earmarks. If you lump all the earmarks together, it is less than 1% of the budget. Considerably less.
I think that would be a useful point on this comparison chart, since that is an often-argued budget issue. If the point of this site is "military=bad", I think it fails.
