I don't have a hotmail account so I am just guessing based off of what Google has, but don't they have either an FAQ with instructions on how to recover a password? There is generally a process to change passwords and recover hacked accounts. I don't know what other kinds of support MS offers for that, but they may have a support line to handle that as well.
