Correct. I know this. Ok, WW1 was a bit late. The amendment for one was supposedly never actually and properly ratified (conspiracy), I know they can and should levy taxes now with the size and scope of g0v't as it is, I just don't feel that we would need to if we limited the gov't to the common defense and interstate trade as it's supposed to be mainly.
