I think Axelrod started the whole astroturfing movement and it's used
regularly by the left. Wasn't the artist that did the Obama image for
his campaign paid by public NEA money?

I constantly read about Axelrod and Pelosi claiming anybody that
disagree with them are really astroturfers from the right , including
the tea-partiers, but I don't think they ever found real right-wing
astro-turfers.
