That's where the alternate menus come in. Same for this that turn off Images, or Javascript. What I am saying is that the drawbacks that are being presented for using Flash for menus exist in the same way as using DHTML, or Jquery for menus. They are all used because clients want -and visitors like- dynamic, visually pleasing menus. They are all just plugins which are used to provide that.
