Your right, california is not technically bankrupt but she is not actually
flush with cash either. Handing out IOU's instead of  is proof of that.
Classifying pickups as commercial vehicles so you can charge everyone who
owns one a weight tax is proof of that. I can go on about all the money woes
our state has but since you are from there as well you already know.
My point I guess was more that just because you live in a blue state does
not mean you are in some Utopian paradise, same holds true for red states.
Personally I like the state I am currently stationed in, Colorado. Swing
state. Its more interesting. I am thinking of changing from
a California resident to a Colorado resident.
