As someone who is often identified as liberal but who shoots guns, drinks beer, races cars, eats meat, has started multiple companies, respects the flag, has a proud family tradition of service to this country in and out of the military and whose family has almost certainly been here longer than the author of that pissy screed, no, I don't see any truth in it at all and y'all can fuck off with your stereotypes.
This country of mine has been an imperfect union from the start. I'm firmly committed to making it a more perfect union. If you don't like the ways in which I hope for improvement, fine, you are welcome to your opinions. To somehow imply that I'm not trying to improve the country but instead destroy it and should instead just get out...well, that's pretty fucking un-American.
