Slovenia isn't a lock to go forward. If both the US and England win on
Wednesday, they both sit on 5 and Slovenia is left at 4, US and
England advance. Which one goes out first depends on the goals scored.

Slovenia comes out if they win or if they tie and the US loses.

US comes out if they win or if they tie and England loses or if
England draws but with fewer goals.

England comes out if they win or if they tie and the US loses or if
they tie and the US has fewer goals.

Since the US put up 2 on Slovenia and England put of 0 on Algeria,
England is at a disadvantage in aggregate goals. They would have to
have a high scoring draw in order to advance on aggregate goals.

Algeria is out.
