I have WPF experience but work 84+ hours a week here in Iraq. While I realize that doesn't help, I can offer assistance in answering questions if you decide to take the project on yourself. WPF is a lot like Flex (declarative, bindings, xml based), so any experience there will help you. But Flex is much easier, so some stuff that seems natural in Flex is a pain in the butt in WPF until you figure out how.
