Don't let the baby drive too much. They tend to nod off with no warning.

I have no practical advice, but I suspect it is going to be harder on your
wife than anyone.

I know people who have done it, and they tend to do it more than once, so I
don't think it is _too_ bad.

Good air circ. Stop often enough to stretch. Distractions for the wee one.
