I can buy that, but this seems like a pretty important post - maybe that is why the WH is forcing this guy through, or maybe there is something they do not want us knowing about the guy that may be vetted during confirmation hearings.
Still seems kind of sneaky and underhanded. Not something I think I would expect from this administration.
