That might be a big assumption. I've worked for 10 years now in this technology job of mine and that has broken down largely as 3 months as a full time salaried employee, 2 years independent contract work and 7 years full time hourly employee. I find that many organizations make the distinction that salaries are for management and hourly is for us worker types. I don't have to do billing, taxes, etc. But I do have to fill out a time sheet every month. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:322673 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
