Breitbart did post it in the link M&M posted:

The context is about the NAACP calling the Tea Party racists so
Breitbart  responded with this clip. The woman stated she was racist
and might not be anymore. She ended up helping this white farmer as
well as a few other white farmers. Does it mean she's not racists
anymore or is she just color blind when it comes to helping the poor?
