That is totally absurd. For starters, anonymous bloggers had nothing to do with the Sherrod story, and the very idea of the media policing the Internet is laughable. The media can't even police the media. There is a bible verse that is appropriate here. Something about a beam and a mote. Or maybe the one about the blind leading the blind.
What we all need to do is turn off cable news completely. Just take away their bully pulpit by granting them only the notice they are worthy of...to wit, none.
