Who cares? regardless fo whether he uses a teleprompter or not or
writes his own speeches or not, he is a great orator.

Like him or not, you cannot take that away from him. There is a big
difference between delivering a speech and reading one. He delivers
speeches, more often than not, his predecessor read them, or tried to
at least.
