TweetDeck is a little too firehose for me still. I know it splits things up into columns but then it's just 10 firehoses instead of one. Someone else suggested HootSuite to me and it looks very promising too. I finally found a copy of Nambu and really like the way it organizes saved searches and lists into a folder structure. Easier to navigate in my opinion.
