Twitter is imagination central..some of the stuff is absolute comedy gold. My latest fun has been playing court jester to the pontificating political royals like John McCain and Newt Gingrich and pointing out the total lack of verisimilitude in anything they post.
We also have great tweets from Tweet Jesus, Faux Elvis and other really funny folks. Not sure if this guy was being real or being real funny, but if he is at fact in hospital and they have taken his phone, he's probably in good hands so not to worry.
