Congrats. that's great news. I just accepted a new job myself, after quitting my last job in disgust. I don't make as much money as my last job, but the new job is only a couple of blocks from the house - no commute costs, and I have more of a life again, instead of frittering away about 1/6th of it on commuting.. The job is for a small scientific society. I have complete control over the web site and the network so it should be interesting to see what I can make of it.
