I look at then about the same way I look at log cabin republicans. People never cease to amaze me at how they can support causes that totally counter their best interest. It would be no different to me than a Jew supporting the Nazi party.

Good question, because there is fair amount of intolerance, even disgust, among mainstream Republicans at our lifestyle. The reason is that the issues involved are bigger than us, and our being personally offended at what some small minded people think. *The spread of gay rights in this world depends on the survival of freedom in the United States.* And that freedom is threatened today by nuclear terrorism.
