Doubtful, Democrats outnumber Republicans in Delaware by several hundred thousand. Add in the disenfranchised moderate Republicans and she's handed the Delaware seat to the Democrats.
Palin as president wont happen, Romney is the GOP guy, unless Palin runs on the Tea Party ticket (lets face it they are a polictical party) or runs on the "Consitution" Party ticket.
