So what was going on yesterday? No clue. I rebooted after an update and all
of a sudden IIS was not starting. It had all of these new requirements and
one of them, the httpssl didn't want to start. After looking for a solution,
uninstalling IIS, reinstalling it, etc. etc. etc. I finally just uninstalled
it and installed Apache. Fast, smooth, and it's working again.

Now I have to look at the DB index fragmentation which might be causing
deadlocks which may or may not be the reason for CF hanging. And I'm doing
client work which has to take some precedence. No rest for the wicked. :)
