No it's not. Think of it this way: Whenever a Democrat pulls something like this Fox it all over it, but they never have anything good to say about a liberal. Now think about the fact that most of the major news outlets lean as far to the left as Fox does to the right and you should be able to get a clearer picture of just how distorted the political new is by the time it gets to us.
