I am quite comfortable in researching on ColdFusion MX but am looking for recommendations on a few other books. I would appreciate recommendations on topics below: SQL 2000 Programming (would be even better if there are any books that include information on .NET and SQL) - Intermediate to Advanced. - have had one recommendation - The Guru's Guide to Transact-SQL by Ken Henderson.
