Filming of Transformers 3 starting today in D.C. and Arlington, VA. Supposed to be around most of the week and they put parking restrictions around several blocks of the white house, capital and this afternoon and tonight in Arlington Columbia Pike and Washington Blvd are going to be shut down because of pyrotechnics!
