I'm certainly not the "all knowing voter", but based solely on performance...that is, what they actually DID....I don't have a whole lot of negative things to say about Obama and Congress in the last 2 years. I thought their response to the economic crisis, while difficult to swallow....was appropriate, seemed to work, and may turn out to be a tiny fraction of what we feared it would cost. I think Obama has delivered on his promises on both Iraq and Afghanistan...so far. I think he's done primarily what *I* elected him to do, which is think critically and make decisions which are based on facts, and not ideology. In so doing, he has ticked off both the left AND the right...which is a good indication that he's probably on the right track. I ignored ALL of the fear mongering shit....and just focused on what I considered the major issues. Oh, and getting rid of the stupid stem cell restrictions was an obvious step in the right direction. As for the Congress as a whole, that's tough to say...i mean, some Congressmen are bad...some are good. So a congressman...and the president...running on their performance....may have a decent shot at MY vote. But then, i'm just one idiot :) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology-Michael-Dinowitz/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:329057 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
