Oh...here's an idea:

If you voted for Obama, or live in a district of one of the
Congres-persons who voted for Obamacare, you not only get all the
benefits of it, but you get to pay for it too.

If you did not vote for Obama or live in a district of one of the
Congres-persons who did not vote for Obamacare, you not only do not
get any of the benefits, but you do not have to pay for it.

See how quickly the attitude of 'if your rep. did not vote for it, you
can't have it' mentality breaks down?
