I'd share mine...Eclipse (performance is SO much better on the OSX platform)
with MAMP & CF Dev edition for CF dev. PHP is well, is the 'P' in PHP.

You can actually use the Apache web server already installed on OSX, but
MAMP makes it super-easy to get the whole package going. There is a video
out there that helped me when I was a Mac n00b:
http://mswallace.com/2007/12/14/installing-coldfusion8-on-leopard-using-mamp/
- great resource, IMO.

I'll double-down on what Tony said - "peace" is a good word to use when
describing using a MBP for your everyday work. I have converted everything
over to Macs now - home, work, everything. I have one Dell (wife's) left
that will be replaced this year with a MBP 13". She can't keep her hands
off mine, might as well go all-in. Its just nice when things work. Hell,
even the way the batteries fit in my mouse are designed to work better!

2 iPhones, multiple iPods, 2 iPads, MBP 13", MBP 15", with all the Apple
accessories (bluetooth magic mouse & keyboards are the shizz!). Yes, Steve
Jobs has made me his bitch. But like a 50's housewife, I like it. :)

Apple haters can yell all they want, but when anyone else can match the user
experience of all the Apple products out there, come find me and I'll try it
out.
