Because they want to ban all manufacturing in the US. That will cause
all manufacturing to move to China and India where they don't bother
to make clean factories like we do. That way it looks good, but we
then have ten times the pollution and it doesn't take long for it to
cross the pacific.

If WE make the improvements as we are doing at a steady pace we all win.
