As far as our convo...no. they are not. We weren't talking about Jim Crow laws...we are talking about scientific classifications. While the pyramid builders were not white, they also were not black. They are related to the people's of North Africa, who were not black...they were more related to the nomadic peoples that we later knew as the Berbers.

Whether the Non-whites were Africans, Middle Eastern, Arabs, Indians etc. is irrelevant. And we were referring specifically to the Egyptians as they existed in the time of Cleopatra and the Pharaohs. They most certainly were not White Caucasian people and hence the reference to prejudice as to their abilities.
