Exactly!  Everything we do sets a precedent.  Eventually "we" will be
even more freakishly powerful.

Best to tackle this now, IMHO.  Set precedents that will always be
"true" or "just" or whatever.

I don't think it's as hard as it seems, really.  It is basic stuff.
