At least there was some clarity today amongst the major conference big-dawgs. Michigan State and Missouri got whooped. Auburn and Oregon both put up 50+ on the road against good teams. Oregon probably comes out a bit better than Auburn as USC's only two losses were by last second field goals, but Auburn still played a fine game. Masoli and Ole Miss played them tight early and then Auburn figured out how to beat down the Rebel's defense and solve the spread offense.
Nebraska was playing more like they did against Washington. When they are on, they are damn good, but T-Magic is still hit and miss at this point. Iowa really is a good team, they've just been over matched a couple times. Michigan State just wasn't as good. The World's Biggest Outdoor Cocktail Party seemed like a good game...except no one really cared and was busy watching other games. Michigan...boy...what do you do? RichRod needs more time? Is a charlatan? Both? I can't decide whether they are an underachieving wonderful team or an overachieving horrible team. And if there is ever an appropriate condemnation of the BCS, it isn't so much Boise State and TCU (though they are) but rather the fact that the Big East is going to get an automatic qualifier and something like $8 million this year. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:330687 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
