To me...anything that is saved on a server of this type is an official
document...this wasn't a shared network drive kind of thing or a personal
space on the drive like companies set up for workers...this was something
that anyone who had the right classification can access it.  Most places I
have worked at, if you aren't given specific permission to a folder, you
don't get in.  This kinda sounds like it was in an internal "public: (for
lack of a better term) folder.

None of that changes my simple contention that these were not OFFICIAL
documents, so to chastise them for being less than fully professional is
