I think that's called an insurance policy...aka a dead man's switch.  Kill
me and things that are actually really damaging come out of the closet to
play...  Sounds like a smart guy to me given all the right wing thug
nutcases and government agencies threatening his life and the lives of his
lawyers...their children...etc....
