I'm using the full Jira Studio as well, and totally loving it (although the
speed could be a bit better). The integration between all the products is just
incredible, and I use Mylyn as well to help ensure that my commits are all
associated with the proper ticket which lets me easily view the list of files
in Jira, browse the changes in FishEye, set up reviews in Crucible, etc. Add in
Confluence wiki and Grasshopper Agile planning and it's quite an impressive set
of tools to have for development, particularly if you take the time to learn
how to best use them all. If you have a small group and can afford the
$150/month it's really hard to find anything better for the price. Downside is
they do only offer SVN, no Git as of yet.

For something cheaper, Codesion.com (previously CVSDude) is pretty good and
very solid. Another popular one is Unfuddle.com which offers pretty nice ticket
and project tracking as well. Both of these offer Git as well as SVN.
