The days of stealth technology being the near exclusive property of the US
military, were numbered the day they first unveiled it.

Hopefully our military is FAR down the road in developing the next great
leap forward in military technology, so that in 5 or 10 years, when every
tin-pot dictator has his own fleet of stealths, it won't much matter.
