In my daily scan through the various news sites I came across a (minor) controversy over an amateur video for Doritos. The video had a dorito being used as a replacement for the host in a Christian mass. Some felt that this was sacrilegious while others went on and asked if such 'blasphemy' would be allowed if it was a Muslim ceremony being represented. My response is "people, get a life".
Blasphemy is the root of at least 30% of comedy acts. Being able to laugh at yourself, your group, religion, etc. is a sure sign of comfort in who you are.
