Bosses gave the "OK" to an "online reference library" subscription for me - both for day-to-day items as well as to give me a resource to study for certs (MS) on. I had initially looked at Safari Bookshelf because it's the only one I know of off the top of my head. Are there alternatives that anyone can suggest?
