It really depends on the situation. For someone who does part time from home without a lot of deductible expenses the standard deduction may be a better value. If you have a lot of other deductible expenses and you're itemizing deductions anyway, it may be worth the extra few minutes to review the rules, see if you qualify, and do a little but of math to see how much you can add to that list, even if it's just a little bit. If you're looking to the home office deduction as the reason to itemize, then you may be better off with the standard deduction instead. It all depends on the situation. -Justi ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:333629 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
