Nah, you're only going to get flooding within a few miles of the coastline, and that will usually be due to storm surge from a hurricane which you can see coming several days out. Occasionally an area will get particularly heavy rains and the sewers can't keep up to drain it out, but that's not specific to Florida. And if you do live within a few miles of the coast, just make sure you have flood insurance because it isn't generally covered by homeowner's insurance. Pretty rare that it's needed though. -Justin ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Order the Adobe Coldfusion Anthology now! http://www.amazon.com/Adobe-Coldfusion-Anthology/dp/1430272155/?tag=houseoffusion Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/message.cfm/messageid:334284 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/cf-community/unsubscribe.cfm
