This is a bit of a misnomer. The government hasn't really "fallen." It's not
like there's lawlessness and no one in charge on parliament hill. It's just
another tactic to initiate an election through a coalition government. They
tried it two years ago and it just lead to the same jackass political party
staying in charge.
