It's also got a slick phone app too ... Hootsuite is all I use. To manage a dozen twitter accounts, Facebook Fan pages, Ping.fm accounts, LinkedIn, RSS Feeds, etc.
It's fabulous. :) And has some REALLY great reporting features.
