I remember a few years ago, our clients had us build an error report which was supposed to help track all of the current reported bugs, give their status, etc. etc. Well whomever built the report just made it into a gigantic mess, and the thing never worked very well. So I was asked to help clean it up, which I started doing.....but before I did that, they wanted me to build a bug report for the out standing bugs on the current bug report.
